SyncBack: How do I install and configure SyncBack for Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10

Steps
Install
- Download Syncback
- Extract EXE from ZIP file and execute
- The setup process may be completed using the default options on each screen
- If prompted to install a newer version of Syncback, choose yes or ignore
- The main interface screen for Syncback should appear
New Profile
- Click the "New" Button.
- Type a Profile Name such as "Content Backup" and click "Next"
- Choose "Backup" and click "Next"
- Leave Source and Destination set to "Internal/external drive, network path, etc." and choose "Done"
- When the "Information" popup appears, choose "Do not prompt me again" and click "OK"
Main Profile
The Main Profile Interface Screen should appear.- Please leave the "Simple" Tab at the top selected rather than choose "Performance"
- With the "Simple" Tab in the left menu selected, enter or browse to the "Source" and "Destination" Paths
- Choose the "When" tab from the left-hand menu choose the "Periodically" tab from the top menu
- Checkmark "Run this profile every" and set to 5 Minutes
- Click the OK button at the bottom of the interface screen
- A Warning Screen may appear indicating Background Backups are disabled - If so click "OK"
- The Profile Setup interface screen closes exposing the Main Program Interface again
- Choose the Main Menu and click "Global Settings"
- On the Global Settings screen, remove checkmark from "Stop background backups from starting" and checkmark "Start with Windows"
- Click the OK button at the bottom of the Global Settings Screen
- The SyncBack Profile should now run every 5 mins to create file backups
