All Sport Hockey Code Outputting Quarter instead of Period in Description

Potential Symptoms

  • With a hockey code entered in an All Sport 5000, getting "1st Quarter" instead of "1st Period" in the period description ERTD field.

Cause

  • Number of Periods is set to 4 instead of 3 in the settings.

Resolution

  • Change No of Periods to 3
    1. Press <MENU>
    2. Use arrows to navigate to Edit Settings submenu and press <ENTER>
    3. Use arrows to navigate to the No. of Periods setting. Press <3> and <ENTER> to save
