Do I need custom DID work to do clocks that never run at tenth of a second speeds?

If the ERTD stream never updates faster than a second and your hardware is seems capable of handling your triggering set up once a second. You maybe be able to avoid custom DID work with '=', 'Contains', 'StartsWith' or 'EndsWith' conditions.
There are pros and cons to the following example.
Cons: If you do drop a UDP packet or the All Sport clock time is manually adjusted from 50 seconds to 48 seconds by officials, you would fail to trigger a desired action.
Pros: If officials add time back to the clock from 48 seconds to 51, it wouldn't flip back to the content for --:50 to --:59. Though if your content has an entry effect, it would re-start the content at the 49 second mark.
