Cause
- Smartlink relay or relays set to be Normally Closed.
Resolution
- Adjust Relays to disable the "Normally Closed" option:
- From the SmartLink dashboard click on the name of one of the relays. This will open the "Configure Relays & Schedules" popup.
- Click on the Gear button next to one of the Relays.
- In the "Edit Relay Settings" popup, click on the Normally Closed button to disable it. (We want the button for it to be gray. The pic below shows it disabled).
- Click Done on lower right.
- Follow Steps 3-5 to configure the other 3 Relays.
- Click Save on the lower right to exit the "Configure Relays & Schedules" pop up.
- Give it a few minutes to take effect. If it doesn't then run an "Off" command to each Relay from the Outdoorlink website. Give it a few minutes to see if the equipment starts powering up.
