OmniSport 2000E will not connect to OmniPro Swimming Software

Cause

  • UDP port was changed in software

Resolution

    1. In the Pro software, go to Options > Configure.
    2. Select the "Comm Ports" tab.
    3. Click "Configure."
    4. Ensure the "Type" is UDP/IP.
    5. Click "UDP Settings."
    6. Clear out the "Port" setting.
    7. Click "Apply" and then "Finish."
    8. Restart the software. The software should auto-negotiate the port.
