  3. Log in.

  1. Navigate to to Creative Content.
  2. Choose the Category in the left-hand menu.
  3. Complete the onscreen directions to complete the purchase.

Interested in custom content for your Galaxy or GalaxyPro display? Purchase a Custom Creative Still or Custom Creative Animation today. Just fill in the information, select the quantity of custom pieces you are purchasing, and check out! Your order will be sent to our creative services department and added to our backlog immediately. You can expect to see a preview of your content within 10-14 business days.

Did you find a content package but it doesn't come in your Galaxy or GalaxyPro display size? Purchase a custom size content package today at no additional charge. Your order will be sent to our creative services department and added to our backlog immediately. You can expect to see the content package in your inbox within 7-10 business days.

  2. Create an account if not already established. 
  3. Log in.

  1. Navigate to to Creative Content.
  2. Under Categories in the left hand menu, choose Standard Content Packages.
  3. Choose the Package.
  4. Under Display Size, scroll to the bottom of the list to find Custom Size.
  5. Complete the onscreen directions to complete the purchase.
  6. After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a link to fill out a form specifying your display size.

 

Additional Order Information:

  • If your display size is 32-pixels high or smaller, it is not a supported size for content packages.  Unfortunately, we are unable to support small display sizes with package content due to there being too few pixels to ensure quality images, textures and logos.  We recommend text-only messages, built in Content Studio or the Venus Control Suite Web Compositor to best optimize your display technology.  Typically, we offer the full media kit for displays that are 32-pixel high or more.
