Environment

  • Product: DMP-5000, DMP-8000 version 7.19 and later

Steps

Activating Audio sets the audio output. Not all DMP-5000/8000 series players support audio playback. If no speakers are connected to the player or if audio output is not desired, set the audio as Inactive.

 

  1. Log into the web interface. See: DMP: How do I use the DMP-8000 HTML web user interface .
  2. Click on the left side menu and select the Wrench icon. 
  3. Most versions it will be found in following. 
  4. Output/ Sign name-Sign configuration. (see image below) Audio option needs to have Enabled selected.
