Cause

  • A maximum of 9 judges can be plugged into either J14 or J15 on the Omni Sport 2000.
  • Can do as many judges consoles on each J14 or J15 as needed as long as there are no more than 9 on one.
    • For example # of judges is set to 5:
      • Could have 4 judges consoles on J14's base station receiver.
      • Could have 1 judge console on J15's base station receiver.
      • (This could be necessary if you have both RC-100 handhelds and RC-200 handhelds)

Resolution

How to setup judges controllers on one Omni 2000? (One or two panels of judges can score a synchronized swimming event.)

  • If there is one panel of judges the judge numbers on the consoles are entered as one through the number of judges configured for the event.
    • When there is one panel of judges, all judges are responsible for entering both sets of scores for the routine.
  • If there are two panels of judges, the second panel would be entered as the next set of judge numbers available after the first panel.
    • Ex. If there are two panels of five judges, the first panel is entered as judge numbers 1-5 and the second panel is entered as judge numbers 6-10.
    • Up to 18 RC-100/RC-200 controllers can be used at once (9 RC-100/RC-200 controllers per base station)
    • Channels 1-15 can be used, however, the two base stations must be set to different channels.  Each base station and its respective RC-100/RC-200 controllers need to be set to the same channel.
    • When there are two panels of judges the first panel enters the first set of scores and the second panel enters the second set of scores for the routine.
