DakTennis v3: Not able to get RTD data to output when running Custom Tournament

Potential Symptoms

  • Regular Dual tournaments will output data fine, but when running a custom tournament, data is not output.

Cause

The RTD Match Output setting is defaulting to Dual1 competition instead of Custom.

Resolution

Set competition to Custom as shown in the picture below
