Remote horn not working, remove signal out wires at the fiber card

Potential Symptoms

  • Remote horn enclosure 0A-1196-0158 not working when using Gen VI radios.

Environment

  • Control System: All Sport 5000 series console with Gen VI wireless communication

Cause

  • The signal out wires of the unused fiber card are still connected and bringing down the radio current loop signal.

Resolution

  • Remove the signal out wires at the fiber card if not using fiber communication.
