Header Text Displays During Animation, then Dissolves to a White Bar

Cause

  • The fonts used by ESPN are white and the graphics header uses secondary team colors for the backgrounds.  This can show as an issue for teams that have a secondary color of white.

Resolution

  1. Click the SPORTAPP GAME SETTINGS cog wheel in the bottom right.
  2. Select the team in the Visitor/Home Team drop down.
  3. Click the pencil edit button.
  4. Change their secondary color "COLOR 2" from white to something else, often times their third team color.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click OK.
