Potential Symptoms

  • Unable to connect in Venus 1500 or M2Config.
  • Unable to ping the display IP.
  • Display power cycle does not restore communication.

Cause

  • Display Ethernet cable is connected to the wrong network port.

Resolution

  • Connect the display Ethernet cable to the correct network port and attempt to connect in Venus 1500 or M2Config.
