Steps

  1. VNC into the SBC.
  2. Turn off the write filter following How to turn off write filter for Windows 10 OS for an AF-6710 and LS-1000 display
  3. Go to this location C:\Temp\Test\Test_Script.
  4. Open DMC_Test-Script_Hercules.
  5. Click Read Brightness.
  6. Under Send table enter [01!sa]."

  7. Then click send.
  8. After it is sent you will get response [0Y].
  9. If wanting to set the brightness to manual type [01!sb27] this will set the brightness to manual 27 percent you get change the number to another value of your choosing.
