Prices not updating through FLXR radios, DM-100 receives radio error; Bad client

Potential Symptoms

  • DM-100 boot up will show correct number of networks found, but you receive a radio com error while detecting displays.
  • Server web interface shows RF status connected even though unable to change prices to the display.
  • Server radio web interface shows packets passing between server and client even though unable to detect display or update prices.
  • Using a different radio with the same cabling and antenna works, but original radio does not.
    • RSSI value on original radio is low (around -99 dBm) while new working radio is in normal range.
