Unable to get the Venus login page to populate in the browser window

Symptoms

  • Unable to get the Venus Control Suite login page to pull up in the browser.
  • When entering venus.daktronics.com in address bar of browser it fails to pull up the Venus login page and shows a DNS error.

Environment

  • Venus Control Suite (VCS) - Daktronics Hosted

Cause

  • Address of the login page is incorrectly entered into the URL or address bar.
