Galaxy display keeps rebooting randomly when messages are published, Firmware corrupt

Potential Symptoms

  • Galaxy display is rebooting, will display messages and randomly reboot again and cycle keeps repeating.
  • Initial issue is a temperature issue, showing as NA on sign and as -196 in Venus 1500 V4 SW status (article DD2252780 refers to these symptoms but Firmware (FW) is newer than effected FW revisions listed).
