Potential Symptoms
- Display blank and unable to play test patterns.
- Hooked up loopback across ports 0 and 1 with a new fiber and both ports failed.
IDM / System Health Event(s)
- Communication Failure alert on all PLR's and modules in IDM.
- Events should be present even after a reset and power cycling the VIP.
