Cause

  • Kaspersky Anti-Virus blocking Content Studio from opening.

Resolution

  • Work with your IT department or Network Admin to see if an exception can be setup or added to allow connection to display through the anti-virus software.

For Temporary Operation

  • Pause or disable the Kaspersky Anti-Virus on the computer.
