SmartLink: How do I disable or turn off a SmartLink's relay schedule for a Daktronics Billboard?

Environment

  • DB-4200, DB-5000, DB-6000, DB-6400, DXB
  • SmartLink

Steps

  1. Log into the SmartLink website.
  2. Navigate to the "Structure Dashboard" for the needed SmartLink device.
  3. Perform one of the following.
    • To turn off schedules on the relay completely
      1. Click the down arrow in the box next to schedules as seen below.

      2. In the "Disable Scheduling" box that opens click the DISABLE button.
    • To turn off a single schedule.
      1. Click the schedule you want to disable from those listed under the "Schedules" heading.

      2. In the "Edit Schedule" pop up box click on Active Schedule to change it to "Inactive Schedule".
      3. Click the SUBMIT button.
