All Sport 1600, Scoreboard not lighting on volleyball code 02. Wrong code being used.

Potential Symptoms

  • Scoreboard blank when trying to use volleyball code 02.
  • Scoreboard works on basketball code but not on volleyball code.

Cause

  • The volleyball insert (Code 02) was not designed to be used with basketball scoreboards operating on Address 17 but is part of the standard insert kit.

Resolution

  • Purchase an All Sport-5000 to use a volleyball insert and code.

For Temporary Operation

  • Use basketball code 21 and insert LL-2667 (DWG-303302). Score volleyball matches with the +1 key. Period and clock will operate the same as for basketball.
    • Make a notation on the insert(s).
