DM-100 doesn't power on using the outdoor J-Box, after a new 9 pin to TB circuit board was replaced at the J-Box on a DF-1010 Time and Temp Display
Potential Symptoms
- DM-100 not powering on using the outdoor J-Box, after a new 9 pin to TB circuit board was replaced.
- The 12vdc power voltage at the J-Box 9 pin to TB circuit board pins 1 (+) and 5 (-) was measuring -12vdc, therefore it wasn't getting the correct power voltage to the DM-100.

Cause
- Wiring was connected properly per the wiring schematic, but the wires were installed incorrectly coming out of the power supply.
- The black wire was providing the positive voltage, and the red wire was giving the negative voltage, which is backwards.
Resolution
- Rewire the 12vdc positive and negative wires to the correct TB locations even if the wire colors aren't correct.
- Ensure that the positive voltage wire is going to pin 1 and the negative is going to pin 5 on the 9-pin TB circuit board attached to the J-box. This confirms that we aren't getting a (-) negative voltage to the DM-100.
