CDMA, Not able to access web configuration from internet

Potential Symptoms

Not able to connect to CDMA over the air (OTA)

Environment

  • CDMA, None

Cause

Over The Air (OTA) access disabled.

Resolution

Enable OTA access for both HTTP and SSL.

  1. Direct connect to modem using service laptop.
  2. Open Internet Explorer page and put Gateway IP in Address bar. (Default is 172.16.192.14)
  3. This should get you into the ACEmanger for the modem. Log in using provided password.
  4. Under the Services tab select ACEmanager on the left side.
  5. For OTA ACEmanager Access change to "Both HTTP and SSL".
  6. Click Apply. Click OK on the pop up.
  7. Click Reboot in the upper right corner.
