Cause

  • Customer received email on the purchased content. It tells them the following:

    "This email confirms that your order was received at Daktronics. If you purchased a catalog animation, please click the download link below. Contact us if you have any questions about your order."

    There is no download link in the email. See Screenshot below of email.
