  4. If the display is showing "not connected" after setting up the network settings (WiFi or LAN), this may be due to the "Connection Domain" setting pointing to the default LG address, which may be blocked by the current network.
    1. In more recent firmware versions, this setting can be changed:
      1. With the remote, open the settings Menu and navigate to the General > Network > Connection Domain option.

      2. Switch the Manual Edit toggle in upper right, to On and enter api.adflowdms.net as the domain and then click SAVE.

      3. Once saved, reboot the display (Power Off then Power On).
      4. Recheck the connectivity and it should show status as green.

  5. If the display has previously been activated and is offline, the remote control may be disabled.  To temporarily regain access to the remote, follow these steps:
    1. Hold down the settings button for 7 seconds.
    2. Enter all 0's for the password on the service menu that is presented (This will re-enable the remote for the duration of the on-screen display being active).
