• Go to the FrameWrx login page.

• Select Log In

• Enter your FrameWrx username (email address) and password. This is the same as your MyDaktronics username and password. 

• Log in to you organization's Daktronics Online account to add a new Admin to FrameWrx.

• In Daktronics Online, Navigate to your FrameWrx Subscription Details page, locate the My Subscription Admins section.

• Select Add Admin and follow the prompts

• New Admins receive a welcome email with an activation link.

• The link expires after a set time. 

• Click the link, set a password, and confirm.

• Log in from the FrameWrx login page.

• Log in to your organization's Daktronics Online account to add a new user to FrameWrx.

• In Daktronics Online, navigate to your FrameWrx Subscription Details page.

• On the Subscription Details page, locate the My Student Users section. 

• Select Add Student Access > Add New Student

• Enter the student's name, email address, and a password. 

• A welcome email with a temporary link will be sent to the Student user's email address (if your school's email system allows external emails), giving the student the option to create a new password. 

• If your school blocks external emails, the student can sign in using the password provided in step 5. Simply copy and share the password you create directly with the student. 

• Student user can log in from the FrameWrx login page. 

Admins
Your username is your email address. If you’re unsure which email is associated with your FrameWrx account, fill out the Contact form at the bottom of this page. 

Students
Your username is also your email. If you’re unsure which email is associated, ask your FrameWrx Admin to confirm in your school’s FrameWrx account. 

Admins

1. Go to the FrameWrx login page

2. Select Log In

3. Enter your email > Click Continue

4. Choose Reset Password and follow the prompts. 

Students

1. Ask your FrameWrx Teacher to reset your password on your behalf by following the steps below: 

   1. Log In to FrameWrx

   2. Select Admin from the top menu

   3. Select Manage Users in My Daktronics

   4. Navigate to your FrameWrx Subscription Details page

   5. On the Subscription Details page, locate the My Student Users section

   6. Find the Student User you need to manage, and select Reset Password from the available actions and follow the prompts
