Hy-Tek results not displaying on board, blank screen

Potential Symptoms

  • Hy-Tek results RTD (Real-Time Data) is not showing on board.
  • Content shows running in queue but display is a blank.

  • Component: Daktronics Communication Server
  • Control System: Display Studio, Hy-Tek Meet Manager (3rd Party Software)

Cause

  • DCS: Daktronics Communication Server is not running.

Resolution

  1. Go to Start.
  2. Search for DCS.
  3. Run DCS Server.

Note: The DCS Server should be in the Windows Startup folder (Start >> All Programs >> Startup).
