Browser interface for eCCB display is blank

Symptoms

  • Browser interface pulls in blank (black) even though a successful connection has been made to the Wi-Fi access point and correct credentials are being entered to Authenticate the connection to the display.

Environment

  • eCCB (Electronic Changeable Copy Board)

Cause

  • Suspect the browser being used on the device is having an issue.

Resolution

  • Use a different browser to connect to the display.
