eCCB not displaying messages, Test patterns work, Time/Date is incorrect


  • Display blank even though messages are set to play.
  • Test patterns play on the display without issue.


  • eCCB (Electronic Changeable Copy Board)


  • Time/date settings are significantly off, therefore scheduled content is not playing as scheduled.


  1. Ensure the time and date are set correctly on the device you are connecting with (i.e. phone, tablet, etc).
  2. Connect with eCCB interface and correct or update time settings following How to set or change the time settings on an eCCB display, DD3514185.
