View your open service cases and review notes on what work is being performed.
Create a new case
Request parts and on-site service by creating a new service case. Add notes or attachments as needed.
Check order status
View order status details such as:
- Expected arrival time and name of the technician performing your service.
- Tracking information for parts.
Verify account information
Ensure contacts and addresses are correct and communicate any necessary changes with Daktronics by creating a new case.
