All Sport Pro iPad will not load web app; wrong IP address

Potential Symptoms

  •    All Sport Pro app will not load on the iPad.
    • Can control through laptop normally using localhost:5000.

Environment

  • Product Family: Sports Product, Control System, Software
  • Product:
  • Component: All Sport Pro
  • Control System: Studio One

Cause

  • All Sport Pro server/laptop is set to DHCP and had it's IP address changed.

Resolution

  • Match the IP address being used in safari to the IP address of the server/laptop.
    • <laptop IP address>:5000
  • Set the laptop to a static IP address to prevent similar issues in the future.
