When subtracting Team points, score reverts to previous value.

Potential Symptoms

  • When you are subtracting points from Team Score, when you reset match, it reverts to previous value.

Environment

  • Product Family:  Sports Products
  • Product: Basketball Scoreboards (BB-21xx, BB-31xx)
  • Component:
  • Control System: All Sport 5000 or 5500 using code 3101

Cause

Resolution

  • If the Team Score needs to be modified:
    • Press the Menu key.
    • Use the arrows keys and chose Weight Class and press Enter.
    • Use the up/down arrows keys to chose the weight class score that needs to be modified.
    • Press Enter until the blinking cursor is behind the team that won. Example: G2*.
    • Use the number keypad to enter the correct score and press Enter.
    • Press the Menu key to return to normal sport operation.
    • Pressing the down arrow at this point will toggle between MAT and TM score on the LCD screen
