Environment

  • Product: DB-4101, DB-5000
  • Component: Meraki Routers, Sierra Wireless RV50 CDMA
  • Control System: Venus Control Suite (VCS)

Steps

  1. Connect to Sierra Wireless ACEmanager webconfig.
  2. Select the Security tab.
  3. On the left hand side, select Trusted IPs - Inbound (Friends)

  4. Under the Inbound Trusted IP Range section, select Add More.
  5. In the Range Start Range End boxes, enter the IP address of the Server/Device you are wanting to allow access from.

  6. Select Apply and hit OK.
  7. Reboot the modem and verify webcam links load in VCS.
