Display not playing correct content, ads/sales not set to correct timeframe

Potential Symptoms

  • Less content is playing on the display than desired.
  • Display appears stuck on one advertisement.

  •  Sales slots, or individual media files are not set to current timeframe to be playing on the display.


  1. Log into scheduling software.
  2. Review current sales for display. (If sales feature is active for your account)
  3. Ensure that the playlist/schedule is active and the media files within the playlist/schedule that are needing to play are set to play at the current time.
