- Unable to communicate at the base of a digit display using the FLXR Server Radio to DM-100 W-3260708 cable and 0A-1611-0055 RJ45-DB9 adapter; Design error with the 0A-1611-0055 adapter and the W-3260708 cable.
- Unable to communicate at the base of the display when plugging in directly to the outdoor j-box/access port.
- Using RJ-45 to DB9 adapter and FLXR3 cable that goes from the DM-100 to server radio.

Cause
- Design error with the 0A-1611-0055 adapter and the W-3260708 cable.
Resolution
- Use a W-1267 (CABLE; RS232 DB9 MALE TO DB9 FEMALE, 10FT) cable from the DM-100 to the outdoor J-box at the base of the display for direct communications.
