Content Studio fails to launch from within Venus Control Suite (VCS), Airplane Mode is On

  • Error while launching Content Studio: "Content Studio experienced problems when starting and will have to close."

Cause

  • Airplane mode has been engaged and is restricting network communications.

Resolution

  • Click the notification bubble in the lower right corner of the Windows 10 taskbar.
  • The Airplane Mode icon shows at the bottom of the notification pane, click the icon to turn off Airplane Mode.
