  • Control System: Venus Control Suite

Steps

 

  1. Log into the DMP's web configuration page, allow the DMP's dashboard to load.
    1. Note: This will work fine if you connect to it through the Verizon VPN or from a local computer. It can be hit or miss if you connect with the VCS tunnel. In the tunnel, have noticed this has worked with DMP-8050 firmware and newer DMP-5050 Debian firmware (Rev 9.x and higher). Have not had luck with the DMP-5050 Ubuntu firmware via the tunnel (Rev 8.x or lower).
  2. Click on the Storage title.

  3. Click Delete All Content.

  4. A pop up box will appear, follow the directions in that to complete the delete.
