Digit and Price Displays: Not showing the correct price; Price offset is on
Potential Symptoms
- Gas prices are not changing to the correct price but the DM-100 is showing the correct price.
- Whenever gas prices are changed they are always off by the same, fixed amount.
- Example: Unleaded prices are always changing one cent off of what they set in the DM-100.
Environment
- Product: Fuelight series displays
- Component: DM-100 Price offset or DM-100 POS Price Offsets
- Control System: DM-100 & POS (Point of Sale)
Cause
- DM-100 is set to have a price offset.
Resolution
- Change the offsets to 0 for all lines and values.
For Temporary Operation
- Change prices with the price offset in mind.
