Diagnostic Alert: Over Temperature Alert For Module; Module failure

Potential Symptoms

  • Potential poor image quality. If the module experiences a failure, it will not be able to play content correctly.
  • Module is blank.
  • Issue follows module when moved.

Cause

  • Exceeding normal operating temperatures shortens the lifespan of the module and increases the risk of failure.
  • Module failure.

Resolution

  • Inspect the display's ventilation/cooling system and verify that it is functioning correctly.
  • Replace the module that has over temperature.

For Temporary Operation

  • Move the module to the bottom right of the display, until module can be replaced.
