Cannot communicate with display. Plugs not latching on driver.

Potential Symptoms

  • Unable to communicate with gas price display.
  • Not able to sync or change gas price.
  • Driver boots up with AFF code.
  • Communication status light is blank.

Cause

  • MNL plugs are not latching into the 6pin plugs on the receiver and/or driver.

Resolution

  • Replace cable.

Work Around

  1. Use needle nose pliers and attempt to bend the latch on the MNL plug so the latch will catch on the plug. 
  2. Verify boot up sequence displays connectivity to the receiver.
