No stats on stat panels, StatCrew and DSTI on same computer

Potential Symptoms

  • No stats are displaying on display, but All Sport data (game time, score, etc.) is showing on display.
  • Stats are populating in DSTI but the All Sport data is not populating.
  • StatCrew and DSTI on the same computer

Environment

  • Product: StatCrew, DSTI
  • Component: DSTI
  • Control System: All Sport 5000

Cause

  • "Enable output" is checked in TASComms and the COM port selected is the same one that DSTI uses to communicate with the All Sport.

Resolution

  • Uncheck "Enable output" in TASComms, then restart DSTI.
