Message not playing on display and cannot be previewed in Visiconn but shows downloaded to player in Network Awareness

Symptoms

  • Message wont preview in Visiconn
  • Display Blank when schedule reaches message
  • Network Awareness shows message downloaded to player
  • Cannot open file in any program (Third Party Content Editing/Creation Program such as Adobe Photoshop) once downloaded from Visiconn

Environment

  • Visiconn

Cause

  • File is corrupt

Resolution

  1. Recreate content in Third Party Content Editing/Creation program or get another file copy of the content from original creator that made file
