Visiconn Network Awareness showing No Content Scheduled

Symptom

  • Showing "No Content Scheduled" in Visiconn Network Awareness, however it has been verified content has been published and scheduled and there are no errors in IDM.
  • Old content may still be playing on the display.

  • ValoPlay

  • Visiconn

Cause

  • Unknown.

Resolution

  • Reset the player to force it to re-download the schedule from Visiconn.
