Scoreboard blank, No boot sequence or POST, No primary power

Potential Symptoms

  • Scoreboard is blank.
  • Does not go through post.
  • Console cannot be used to change digits.
  • None of the Status, Power, or In Range lights on the base station are lit.
  • None of the Status, Power, or In Range lights on the driver are lit.
  • Scoreboard is not getting 120VAC.
  • Broken or damaged circuit breaker.

Environment

  • Product: Indoor LED/Incandescent Scoreboard, Outdoor LED/Incandescent Scoreboard, Outdoor Timer
  • Component: Breaker, Primary Power
  • Control System: All Sport 5000 Console

Cause

  • No power to the board.
    • Breaker is turned off. 
    • Tripped breaker.
    • Not plugged into 120VAC outlet.

Resolution

  • Turn breaker on or plug into 120VAC outlet.
    • Replace breaker as needed.
