      • Once into TriCaster software, click the close button and choose Admin, or press CTRL + V + T;  Some instances, this will cause the machine to lock up or just simply not take you to the Admin mode, requiring a hard reboot.
    2. If you are unable to get to Admin mode through the normal means, do the following:
      1. Reboot TriCaster computer.
      2. When the Windows XP Welcome/Splash screen appears, hold down the Shift key on the keyboard.  (This will prevent the TriCaster software from loading and take you straight into Admin mode.)

    • *username* could be something like TCPro, TCStudio, Daktronics, etc.
    • Whatever the username the machine is logging in as will be the folder to select.
  3. In the above path, there will be a My DDR Projects folder.
  4. Delete the folder.
  5. Launch TriCaster.  *The user will need to setup the DDRs playlists again.
