No power to client radio; Issue with ribbon cable powering radio
Potential Symptoms
- Unable to communicate to the display from inside through the radios.
- Client radio has no LEDs lit, has no power when it is plugged into the input QC (quick connect) card on the display.
- Using a RJ45 to 10-pin QC cable, can connect directly to the back of the display and is able to communicate.
- Using the same cable, plugging it into the client radio does not provide power to the radio.

Cause
- Ribbon cable between QC card and the controller is not well seated or is unplugged.
Resolution
- Plug ribbon cable into both the QC card and the controller or reseat the connection (power is provided to the client radio through this connection).
