Is the Vanguard controller NTCIP compliant? We have 3rd party software and were trying to communicate with it.

  • Yes, Daktronics VFC and VFC-3000 controllers are NTCIP compliant.
  • The VFC controller supports both NTCIP V2 and V3.
  • The VFC-3000 has two different versions. the Part # on the controller designates what version of NTCIP it supports.
  • The VFC-3000 with Daktronics Part # 0A-1248-0016 supports NTCIP V1.
    • The firmware on this controller can be changed to support V2. Call Daktronics for assistance with this.
  • The VFC-3000 with Daktronics Part # 0A-1248-0028 supports NTCIP V2.
