Resolution

  1. Ensure that you have taken steps to secure your modem: How to secure your Sierra Wireless modem for use with your LED display.
    • If you are remote, connecting through the cellular network, go to https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9443 (or http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9191) where the x's are replaced by the static IP of the modem. Chrome works the best for this.
  2. Open an internet browser and connect to AceManager.
    • If you are physically connected to the modem's Ethernet port, or on the Local Area Network (LAN) via a router or switch, go to https://192.168.13.31:9443 or http://192.168.13.31:9191.
  3. Log in to the modem with the following login information.
    • Login: user
    • Password: whatever you set it to
  4. On the Status tab, ensure that the Active WAN IP Address is the same as your assigned static IP.
  5. Click the Security tab.
  6. Locate DMZ Enabled. Verify it is set to Automatic.
  7. Click Apply and then OK to reboot when prompted.
