In this episode, we're going to look at how to print a schedule from Venus 1500, which is a feature that came out with version 4.17. Printing a schedule can be very helpful to identify what content will be playing on your display on a given day or time period. To print your schedule from Venus 1500, simply open your Venus 1500 software and click on the schedule tab at the top. You can see that my software is configured for scheduled playlist mode so if your software is setup for continuous playlist mode, it will look a little bit different on your screen. However, the printing function within Venus 1500 works the same.

To printout your schedule, simply click the print button at the top. This will open your print preview window. Within this window you can make several changes to how you would like to print the file. For example, you can select the start date and end date you would like to print to. You can also select whether or not you would like to print the thumbnails and the play order. If your computer is able to print to multiple printers, down at the bottom you'll be able to select which printer you would like to send this file to. Simply make your selection and then click the print button and the file should print out to your designated printer.
