Cause

  • User do not have necessary permissions on computer running DakStats

Resolution

  1. Verify that you do not have the necessary permissions by opening "My Computer" and go to "C:\Program Files\Daktronics\DakStats(R) Baseball (or the applicable sport)". Attempt to create a new folder within the sport folder. If it tells you that you do not have permissions to do so, continue to next step
  2. Have the administrator or IT Department ensure you have, read, write, and delete permissions to C:\Program Files\Daktronics, C:\Daktronics and all subfolders of each.
