Follow this article to make a common sales across a group of displays.
Answer/Steps
Log into Venus Control Suite. See: How do I login to Venus Control Suite?
Click on the Sales icon from the main menu.
Click on the desired displays and click View Sales.
This will show a view of available slots across the displays selected. 
Click on any of the occupied slots to see the sales details for that group. Note: Sales can be deleted by clicking on the trash can to make room for a new sale.
Click Add New at the top or click on an open slot.
Select the advertiser's account name from the account field. You may also create a new account by click Add New at the top of the list.
Adjust the sale's start date and end date if needed.
Select a slot by clicking on any open number (no lines) under the Ad Grid Slot. Note: If a group of displays has existing partial sales, you can only sell to the smallest portion of the slot that is available.
Adjust the slot percentage if needed.
Click on Save.
